Yoga and meditation weekend in Croatian and/or English language.
Spend a weekend practicing yoga and meditation on Hartovski Vrh with Tatjana Mesar – in a space dedicated to mindfulness, play, and creative inquiry. Tatjana is the founder of Dynamic Mindfulness Yoga School in Berlin, an experienced teacher and practitioner of Chan, known for a creative and exploratory approach to physical movement.
You will be guided to step out of analytical thinking into an experiential journey and to sense the body as a continuum of experiences. We’ll start by exploring functional movement patterns and then we’ll play with the variations on a theme and go into a free, spontaneous flow.
This workshop is suitable for yoga and meditation enthusiasts open to adopting new perspectives on yoga practice. The content is particularly intriguing for yoga teachers.
Immersed in natural surroundings, starting and ending the day in silence, you will be guided through four main Dynamic Mindfulness sequences of Earth, Water, Air, and Fire elements. Gradually, through movements based on biomechanical principles, you will experience a free and spontaneous movement, ending in seated meditation.

The donation includes four balanced and carefully prepared vegetarian meals, accommodation in modern shared dormitories, use of all other facilities at the Center, and organizational costs.

About the teacher…
Tatjana Mesar completed her studies at the Music Academy and the Zen Yoga Teacher School in Zagreb. She completed her training in Shiatsu massage in Berlin, where in 2009 she began teaching Zenyoga and meditation in her apartment in the Kreuzberg district. It grew into the Dynamic Mindfulness Yoga School, a vibrant community of practitioners and teachers of this method. More than 140 teachers from 40 different countries have completed Dynamic Mindfulness training with her so far. She practices Chan with her teacher Žarko Andričević and the community at the Chan Center Hartovski Vrh.
