Find a quiet spot where you won’t be disturbed. If you’re drawn to meditation by a sincere motivation to know yourself deeper and to discover your original nature, your practice has already started.

We can practice Chan meditation in all meditation postures, however sitting posture is exceptionally important and therefore given special attention. A good introduction to sitting meditation is Eight Chan Movements practice.
