Terms of application for live and online Center programs

To apply for participation in the programs of the Chan Center, it is necessary that you:

  • Fill out and submit the electronic application form, which includes important information for processing your application – full name, email and physical address, contact phone number, and your previous experience in meditation or yoga.
  • The next step is to make the recommended donation amount – for some programs in full, and for some as a deposit. If you are applying for a live program that has a limited number of participants, wait with the payment until we inform you if there are available spots
  • Once we receive proof of payment, we will confirm your application. This process may take several days. Please refrain from booking or paying for additional arrangements related to your arrival, such as travel tickets or accommodation reservations, before receiving the confirmation. If you need urgent confirmation of your application, please contact us by email.


All live programs must be fully paid two weeks before the event. After that date, we will cancel your application and allocate the spot to someone else.

Online programs must be fully paid one week before the event.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel your application, please notify us as soon as possible. There is likely a waiting list, and by canceling promptly, you allow someone else to take the available spot.

Online Programs
If you cancel your participation up to 48 hours before the event, we will retain 50% of your payment. If you cancel after that deadline, the full payment will be retained.

Live Programs
If you cancel your attendance up to one week before the seminar or retreat, we will retain 50% of your payment. If you cancel after that deadline, the full payment will be retained.

Our Cancellation
It is extremely rare for us to cancel a program for which you have applied. However, in the event of a possible redeclaration of extraordinary measures against the pandemic or any other external event beyond our control, it is possible. In that case, we will attempt to hold the program online. If that is not possible or if you are unable to participate online, we will refund the full payment. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to the cancellation, including transportation tickets, accommodation reservations, and the like.
