Our group meditation sessions (tso-chan or zazen) take place every Tuesday under the guidance of our teacher, master of Chan Žarko Andričević. Sessions start with gentle meditation in movement called Eight Chan Movements, followed by two half-hour sitting meditation sessions. After meditation there is an opportunity to discuss details of the practice, the correctness of the meditation method, as well as to ask questions about one’s own level of progress.
Everyone who has completed our introductory meditation course, has experience in meditation practice and is a member of the Chan Center is welcome to attend.
